REVENUE DATA INFRASTRUCTURE · TUFTS · SEED · LOS ANGELES
Axon Data cleans and labels a business’s CRM (customer relationship management) data for AI agents. The AI SaaS solution lives inside HubSpot, Salesforce, and other data tools to help humans and their AI agents GTM (go to market) faster and more effectively. The product helps AI native GTM teams identify the ideal customer profile, find new buyers, and delete faulty records.
Everyone uses AI to help their business. But that AI is often only as good as the data it has… We are the ‘washing machine’ for your CRM, so your AI pulls from clean data. This helps you grow faster without embarrassing your reputation with faulty info you forgot to triple-check before the AI sent it out at scale.

Liberal Arts Founders
Jordan ran RevOps at Gorgias through its climb from $10M to $70M ARR, doing by hand the work Axon Data now automates. He and Taylor built the company around that problem, then hired a team out of LinkedIn, Aftership and Amazon.

Jordan Lange, Co-Founder & CEO
TUFTS
Jordan played football at Tufts and went down the pre-med path. He transitioned to RevOps at Gorgias and lived the problem of faulty CRM data. He pitched to the Trivium syndicate in November 2025 and stayed in touch throughout Axon Data’s growth.

Taylor Fahlman, Co-Founder & CTO
PRINCIPAL ENGINEER, RED HAT
Oregon State University
Taylor spent seven years leading observability infrastructure at global scale, most recently on the ROSA team behind Red Hat’s managed Kubernetes service for AWS.

How it Works

This image demonstrates how very account in the CRM is scored 0 to 100, flagged in or out of the ICP, with the reason written next to it. Reply for a full-product demo.
Axon Data reads the CRM alongside enrichment vendors, job posts, tech stack signals and funding news, and turns all of it into labelled blocks: ICP definition, buyer personas, account tiers, fit reasoning and clean records.
500 agents score every account from 1 to 100 in parallel, and the results are written back into HubSpot as axon_ properties. The team sees them in the CRM and in the tools they already run, so nothing needs migrating.
A maintainer keeps scanning for data issues after deployment, ties each one to fit, segment and dollars at risk, and remediates automatically rather than waiting for the next cleanup project.
RevOps agencies deliver Axon Data to their own clients. They already own those accounts, and Axon Data compresses the ICP and cleanup work they sell from weeks into days, then recurs on every client they run.
Pricing is around $50K a year per business on a subscription basis. Running the same work in-house takes four to six RevOps hires plus an agency, at $600K to $1.2M.
Why Now
A gap between execution and data. AI SDRs, dialers and agents scaled outbound roughly tenfold while their inputs stayed the same, so performance stalled. Forbes reported in 2025 that 95% of AI initiatives fail on data quality.
The work only recently became affordable. Deep per-account research and structured write-back at this scale were not production-capable 18 months ago. Meanwhile GTM Engineer postings grew 205% year over year, from about 1,400 to over 3,000 US listings, and agencies are capacity-bound on manual data work their clients now expect at AI speed.

Our Take
WHAT WE LIKE
It saves high-pressured GTM teams money and time: Doing the sorting work in-house takes four to six people and $600K to $1.2M a year. Axon costs about $50K per business. That is easy to approve, a short sales cycle, and it leaves room to charge a lot more later after the Axon system is embedded.
Sticky customers and a clear path to seven figure ARR: Taking Axon out of a CRM breaks the cleaning system, which is why they have high yield (retention) so far. The product is also in good shape, leaving sales at scale the only thing in the way of an Axon Series A.
WHAT WE’RE WATCHING
AI Agent Fatigue: An AI agent to help your other AI agents? This market has already started to heat up. Sales may start to slow not because of product or demand but due to fatigue and overcomplexity the comes with another AI efficiency sale to overburdened GTM deals that deal get pitched new AI efficiency products everyday.
Old CRMs go extinct: AI is moving fast. A big fear is not that every team will make their own CRM but that Salesforce, Hubspot and others might not be around in ten years because newer AI native CRM startups will already have tools like Axon Data built in to their product.
WHY WE FEATURED AXON DATA
Jordan presented a strong pitch to the Trivium syndicate in November of 2025 and received a lot of interest but not an investment. We think that is because Axon did not have any revenue or a working product yet. Moreover, November of 2025 Trivium had never completed a deal and only had about 15 investor members. Axon Data now has $288K of annual recurring revenue and has a foothold into product-market-fit. Trivium now has almost 45 active NESCAC investors and has completed four strategic investments (with many more on the way). We also like backing elite founders that fit our story: Jordan started on the pre-med path and transitioned into an AI entrepreneur, fixing a real robust problem - bad data - he discovered by living it.
Trivium syndicate members will receive the due diligence report and investment terms separately.
